Refreshing green salad with balsamic vinegar dressing

You know how sometimes you feel really unwell. Usually this pivotal moment occurs after you've devoured fifty mini Easter eggs or a bar of chocolate, and then you finally realize that you've eaten the whole pack in one meal. The key word is sat, because it's true, you precede your practice to sit down and eat that chocolate. And then you might feel sorry for yourself! Get your act together you tell yourself!

Well now you can, with this refreshing green salad with balsamic vinegar dressing. Salads no longer have to be plain and boring when you can dress them up at least with this simple balsamic vinegar dressing! So many leafy greens, leafy greens are sure to make even the most unhealthy of people feel healthy (even if only temporarily).

Green salad with balsamic vinegar dressing
Ingredients:
200 grams mixed salad leaves
50 grams baby spinach leaves
1 large diced tomato
thinly sliced red onion
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
good quality extra virgin olive oil

Method:
Steps 1.
Wash the mixed salad leaves along with the salad leaves with the baby spinach.
Steps 2.
Add onions and tomatoes.
Steps 3.
Whisk the balsamic vinegar with three times the volume of olive oil in a small bowl, then transfer the balsamic vinegar dressing to the salad leaves and stir!
Steps 4.
Serve immediately.
