Mushroom Farfalle |
The acronym for Mushrooms and for So delicious! The first time I made this pasta, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to make, yet how delicious it was to eat! There's nothing better than creamy mushroom paste to warm the soul on a cold, windy day!
I think the cayenne pepper really helps to improve the taste of the mushrooms, but if you are not tolerant to chili feel free to reduce the amount of chili you add. But don't underestimate your chili tolerance abilities! Otherwise you will never try anything new!

Mushroom farfalle with chili flakes
Ingredients:
300 grams farfalle
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
2 tablespoon olive oil
12 sliced medium-sized mushrooms
300 ml sour cream
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon sea salt
125 grams fresh grated parmesan cheese
Steps:
1.) Saute garlic, gently olive oil and mushrooms in a medium skillet until lightly browned.
2.) Add sour cream, stir and bring to a boil. Add the chili slices then stir and reduce the heat.
3.) Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan, and add sea salt.
4.) Cook the farfalle until al dente, then drain under cold water.
5.) Transfer the farfalle to the mushroom sauce and mix.
6.) Add parmesan cheese and stir. Bring to a boil again, then serve hot!
