So everyone has been asked at some point, "what's your favorite food?" What you usually have to do is, when your brain is trying to sort out the arguments in your head about 'which food you like best. across the wide world'. I guess with so many different tastes out there, it's hard to just pick one. Usually you find a few favorites quickly, but no definite action, one, happens!

Well, today I discovered how to combine two of my favorites - cheesecake and brownies! Yes! I never would have thought it was possible, until today! Mix in a little brownie, mix in a little cheesecake, add it all up and what do you get? Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies!! Totally hits the mark of a sweet tooth, as you have a delicious rich and sweet chocolate brownie and a rich layer of cheesecake! This is amazing!

So I think I've almost solved my problem of deciding what my favorite food is! If you combine a little of all your favorites, you might be able to have "the most amazing food in the whole world", that is or you'll have an extraordinary gastronomic disaster. I look forward to the first!

Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients:
185 grams melted butter,
sifted cup cocoa powder,
1 cup caster sugar,
2 eggs,
1 cup sifted wheat flour

Cheesecake:
285g softened cream cheese,
1/3 cup caster sugar,
2 eggs icing sugar for sprinkling

Method of Making Chocolate Cheese Cake Brownies:
Steps 1.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Steps 2.
Place butter, cocoa, sugar, eggs and flour in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Steps 3.
Pour into a 20 cm square pan lined with non-stick parchment paper.

To make the cheesecake:
Steps 1.
beat the cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth.
Steps 2.
Transfer the cheesecake mixture over the chocolate mixture.
Steps 3.
Then Bake for 45-60 minutes or until set.
Steps 4.
Cool in cans. Then sprinkle with icing sugar, cut into pieces and serve!

Note:
Tips! If instead of a top deck look, you want a swirly look, simply use a butter knife to stir the two mixtures together before baking!
